You will need:

100g-175g (4-6 oz) cod fillet (skinned if necessary)

1 tin condensed asparagus soup
|
 |
50g-75g (2-3 oz) prawns
|
 |
1 teaspoon lemon juice
|
 |
Pepper
|
 |
Skinned sliced tomato and parsley
|
What to do:

Place cod in Pyrex serving dish with pepper and lemon, cover and Microwave for 2-3 minutes.

Warm up soup in glass jug - approximately 1 minute.
Break up cod, remove any bones, stir in soup and prawns, cover dish and Microwave 2-3 minutes.

Arrange sliced tomato over fish mixture and Microwave 1½-2 minutes, garnish with parsley, ensuring the dish is red hot before serviing. |
