honey baked apples with chocolate
You will need:

2 dessert apples
|
|
50g (2oz) chocolate
|
|
1 generous tablespoon honey
|
|
1 tablespoon water
|
What to do:

Core the apples, slash skin around the middle, break up chocolate and place in apples
|

2. Place the apples in Microwave dish, top with the honey, pour water into dish. Microwave 2-3 minutes, basting with honey/water mix. You may notice that as the chocolate has melted, there's room for more chocolate in the apple now! Mmmmmm….

Serve immediately. |
