quick chocolate fudge
You will need:

50g (2 oz) plain chocolate

50g (2 oz) butter
|
 |
225g (8oz) icing sugar (sieved)
|
 |
1½ tablespoons milk
|
What to do:

Place the chocolate, butter, icing sugar and milk in a large Microwave bowl and Microwave 1.5 - 2 minutes until the chocolate has melted.

Beat vigorously with a wooden spoon until the mixture is smooth.

Pour into 4cm x 7.5cm (4" x 3") rectangular dish. Leave to set, covered, in a refrigerator, approximately 1-2 hours. Cut into squares and pack in airtight containers. No need to line the dish as the fudge comes up easily, and don't worry of you don't have a rectangular dish - the fudge tastes as good any shape! |
