Intel Play digital microscope – online manual

As part of the Science Year KitPot, every maintained school in England was sent a free School Edition of the award-winning Intel Play QX3 Computer Microscope.

We hope that both teachers and pupils have found the microscope useful and fun to use. Schools should have also recently received a copy of Brian J Ford’s book, ?Using the Digital Microscope?, which is full of information about the history of microscopes and how they work, and includes structured projects showing how to make the most of your digital microscope.

We’ve had great feedback for this book, and have now made it available online in PDF format, so that you can print off as many copies of the material as you need.
