Hey, I have an idea
Julie Crawford and Martin Rosinski are both exceptional young people who have been able to make their contribution to the world using engineering and technology know-how. Julie’s invention is ideal in emergency situations and hospitals lacking in enough facilities for babies. It was inspired by a talk in her local church about community work in Malawi. Martin’s love of electronics has meant he’s invented two tiny safety devices that have gone on to be used in the real world.

Like all good inventions, you hear about them and then it all seems so obvious – why did no-one think of this before? Because they weren’t Julie or Martin, that’s why.
